UPLOADING PHOTOS TO MYNETBALL
Team photo ID sheets will be compiled using player photos that are uploaded to the MyNetball website. Your registration cannot be completed without this. This applies to all players (old and new).
To upload a photo:
Go to www.mynetball.com.au
Click on the login button
Use either your email address or login ID and password to login as a participant.
Click on the Edit button which will take you to the ‘Edit your details page’. Click on the Public Profile tab.
Choose Browse to find a photo in your library. Please note: photos should be no larger than 1MB, so some editing may be required (please Google how to do this if you are unsure). Follow the Image Guidelines listed on this page as a guide to choosing the right photo.
THE 2020 SEASON
Start and finals dates for the 2020 season are TBC.
Games are at the Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association (BHSNA) netball complex in Wellgate Avenue, Kellyville. Net Set Go games are on Friday nights and all other games on Saturdays. Playing times for juniors and seniors will be confirmed by BHSNA in mid April.
Impalas teams train at Coolong Reserve in Coolong Street, Castle Hill. Training days and times cannot be determined until teams are formed and coaches allocated (in March).
Registration fee for 2020 is $285.
Players aged 10 - 15 years will be graded at Coolong Reserve over 2 weeks (players are to attend one session each week):
Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 February 2020 (age groups TBC)
Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 March 2020 (age groups TBC)
'NET SET GO'
Net Set Go is an introductory skills program/competition for players aged 7 - 9 years.
Net Set Go games are played at Kellyville on a Friday night. Games are either:
6.30 pm - 7.14 pm
7.20 pm - 8.04 pm
Game times will be confirmed by BHSNA closer to the start of the season.
ACTIVE KIDS REBATE
The NSW Government offers an 'Active Kids' rebate through a voucher system to parents/guardians of school enrolled children. The $100 voucher can be used to pay for registration and participation costs for sport and fitness activities.
To apply for a voucher, register online through Service NSW (by logging into your existing Service NSW account or creating one). Once you have your Active Kids Voucher Code, you can use it when registering online through MyNetball (please see various links at the bottom of this page). The system will validate this code and automatically apply the $100 discount.

To ensure that your uniform arrives in April, you will need to order as soon as possible (please check with the Sydney Netball Shop).

Players who de-register after 28 February, will not be refunded the Netball NSW component of the registration fee (for seniors = $82.16, for juniors = $62.40).
Players who de-register after 28 February for medical reasons (e.g. pregnancy, injury) may be refunded the entire registration fee but must provide a medical certificate. Otherwise, the Netball NSW component will not be refunded.

WHAT DO NEW PLAYERS NEED TO PROVIDE?
If you are registering to play netball in the BHSNA for the first time, you must provide the relevant club registrar (details below) with a copy of your birth certificate.
