Having started yoga practice 25 years ago, Elena saw significant value of mindfulness in daily life and then became a yoga teacher, as well as a life coach. Being a parent has deepened Elena's passion for sharing the positive effects of yoga for all generations and importance of teaching yoga to kids and teens, as well as adults.
